Here is nice antique Louis Vuitton steamer trunk. Exterior is in great condition for a piece of this age (circa 1920) and covered in the desirable hand-painted monogram with extremely strong pattern and original patina. A few bumps and bruises from travel. This piece has top-of-the-line brass and lozine leather trim. The original leather handles easily support the trunks weight. All hardware is in good working order (no key). Quilted liner has a couple small holes. No inserts, but the interior is clean with only minor light stains. Rolling casters on base. Initials B on ends. Early script label. Dimensions are 32" long x 20" deep x 22" tall. A unusual and very usable size.
