Stokowski Desk Trunk

Stokowski is the shadow silhouette with whom Mickey Mouse shakes hands with in Disney’s “Fantasia”. He conducted the Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra in the 1940’s. Having recently divorced his second wife, all of Hollywood was talking about his affair with Greta Garbo. “Stoky” a real ladykiller, was then 56 years old and had behind him an incredible musical career and began in London in 1900.
